- Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 8 oz package Velveeta Mild Mex Cheese
- 1 4-1/2 oz can Ortega diced green chiles
- 1 6 oz jar Ortega salsa
- 3 diced green onions for topping
1. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.
2. Add remaining ingredients except for green onions and heat until cheese is melted.
3. Top with green onions and serve warm with chips.
