Marinated Cracked Crab

• Ingredients:


• 2 Dungeness crabs, cleaned and cracked
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup avocado oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp dry mustard
• 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• Dried parsley to taste
• Dash white pepper
• Dash Crystal hot sauce

1. Mix all of above ingredients except for the crabs, and pour over cracked crab.

2. Marinate for 2 hours.
