Nacho Dip

  • Ingredients:

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1 onion, chopped, or 2 T. dried onions
  • 1 pkg. Taco seasoning
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 jar Rosarita salsa (hot, med. or mild)
  • 1 Med. size container sour cream
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 small can sliced olives (optional)

Fry meat and onion, drain fat. Spread beans in bottom of 9" pie pan. Add meat, Taco seasoning, and pour over beans. Spread salsa over top. Add grated cheese on top of all. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min. Remove from oven. Let cool for 10 min, and spread sour cream over top. Drop mashed avocado from spoon over the sour cream. Add olives and stick with Taco chips for decoration. Serve, with taco chips. Excellent Dip!!
