Salmon Patties

  • Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15-16 oz) salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp baking powder

Drain salmon; set aside 2 Tbsp of juice. In a medium bowl, mix salmon, egg and onion until sticky. Stir in flour. Add baking powder to salmon juice; stir into mixture. Form into small patties and fry in Crisco until golden brown. Serve with tartar sauce or Caesar salad dressing.
